Vishnya P2P’s “free SOL bundles” lead to throwaway exchanges

Threads and Telegram posts promising double-digit Solana spreads usually end on brand-new domains dressed up as regulated exchanges.

Channels branded Vishnya_P2P / Vishnevskii P2P recruit with “free bundles”: buy Solana (SOL) on a household name such as Bybit, then sell it much higher on a site almost nobody has heard of. Screenshots circulated with the pitch show prices near $120–121 on Bybit and about $133–135 on names like Biledex or Bitnoxer — roughly ten to twelve percent in one loop. On liquid SOL, sustained gaps that large do not sit around for retail Telegram users; professional market makers would have closed them.

The second venue is the tell. Research notes put biledex.com as a very young domain that still claimed years of history, and bitnoxer.com as registered only days before it appeared in a “bundle”. Bitnoxer’s site text borrowed a UK company number that Companies House ties to a different, dissolved firm (BLAC IGNITION LTD, number 15284730), plus familiar Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)-style wording that also turns up on other clone exchangers. That pattern looks like a factory of disposable fronts, not a five-year peer-to-peer desk. A contact such as @vladislavvishnevski in a closed chat does not fix the on-chain reality: once you withdraw SOL to their venue, the pretty sell price is just pixels.

If a social post — Threads, Telegram, anywhere — needs you to leave a real exchange for an unknown twin, stop at the first hop. Verify company numbers on official registers yourself, and never approve wallet permissions “to complete the arbitrage”.
