The message is almost polite. Sorry to bother you; here is my trading channel; deal breakdowns, market notes, an open chat — want the link? Agree, and you get a pair of Telegram brands that sound like personal diaries: a “top Bybit trader” persona and a “first trading journal” with a helper bot.
Nothing in that funnel requires a licence. The free content exists to warm you up for referrals into high-leverage venues, private signal rooms, or side hustles that look like remote work. Sister spam often routes through “freelance” and “easy profit” bots that end at gaming or investment landing pages. If the admin’s proof is a screenshot of last year’s ranking and a nickname, you are looking at marketing, not custody.
A quick check is enough. Is there a named firm you can find on a regulator register? Can you trade without their bot? Do they earn when you click a partner link? If yes to the last and no to the first, archive the chat. Active discretionary trading is a poor default for most people even with honest teachers; with anonymous Semënych clones it is worse.
