A channel poses as a wealthy giver who must donate for tax or image reasons. Followers enter a draw; somehow every active chatter “wins”. To collect the gift you must pay a fee — tax, commission, KYC, guarantor, account confirmation. Pay once and another gate appears until the balance is empty or the victim walks away.

Names and avatars rotate; the structure does not. Real lotteries do not message random Telegram users that they have already won and need a private transfer. Block the channel, never pay the “prize fee”, and warn anyone still in the chat. If money already moved, use Get help.
If this matches something you have been offered, start at Get help. If someone is already pitching “recovery”, read Fake recovery before you pay another fee.
