Content under the Stocks & Stuff / Alexey Fominov label has steered viewers toward a downloadable “robot” via Telegram bots such as @stocks_n_stuff_pro_bot, companion channels, and a stocks-n-stuff.cash site — with registration pointed at Pocket Option. Calling that venue a “broker” is generous: binary-options platforms typically warehouse your bet rather than route it to an exchange, and retail marketing of binaries was banned by ESMA in the EU in 2018 because client outcomes were so poor.
A magic robot that needs their affiliate link is a conflict of interest with a UI. If the software were a durable edge, the seller would not need your deposit volume. Offshore binaries also attract lookalike “regulators” and withdrawal friction; none of that is fixed by Price Action jargon on video.
Do not install trading bots from Telegram for binary desks. If you want market education, use material that does not require funding a banned-or-restricted product in your country.
