Promoters pitching Signal / SGX / LTS-style projects lean on a fairy tale: a token with a “mathematical algorithm” so the price cannot fall, only green candles, minted solely through partner activity, liquidity always above 100%. Then comes the practical cage: buy a licence (hundreds of dollars), buy more tokens than you are allowed to sell, watch the cabinet double, and unlock the next slice only by buying another licence.
That is not a market. That is a gated exit dressed as mechanics. Real assets go down. Real liquidity is other people’s willingness to buy — not a slide in a Telegram channel. Treat “cannot fall” claims as a hard stop. Do not fund the licence ladder; document the pitch if you already did.
