Lunovar Bank (lunovarbank.com) presents as a Monaco digital bank: years of history, millions of clients, and authorisation by a “Fin Services Unit / Ministry of Finance” under an “International Act of 2025”. The copy sounds official until you ask where the name sits in real registers.
Banking activity in Monaco is overseen through the established channels — notably the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières (CCAF) and, for credit institutions, France’s Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR). Quick public checks and aggregator lists of Monaco banks do not show Lunovar as a licensed house. Domain records reported around 27 June 2025 also sit awkwardly beside a claimed 2015 founding. Third-party site reviews have flagged the young domain and a poor trust score.
Do not upload passports, card details or seed phrases there. Do not pay “activation”, “overdraft” or “tax” fees to unlock an account that never existed at a real bank. Look firms up on the supervisor’s own site; ignore glossy addresses on a brochure page.
