@InvestRu_Evgenyi and the “connect wallet” copy-trade drain

Auto-follow via Trust Wallet is not Uniswap — approving the wrong contract empties the bag.

Handles such as @InvestRu_Evgenyi (with helpers and a Bybit-themed channel in reports) sell a story of Web3 copy-trading: connect, auto-follow, watch a dashboard trade for you. Victims describe connecting a Trust Wallet through a link that looked like a DEX, approving a contract without reading it, and watching the balance vanish — then being pointed at a polished analytics site (api-connecting style) that showed fake performance while the coins were already gone.

That is a drain, not a bad trade. No serious desk needs your seed phrase or a blind contract approval to “copy” them. If copy-trading exists on a real exchange, it stays inside that exchange’s interface with permissions you can revoke there — not a random connect link from Telegram.

Never sign wallet prompts you do not understand. Revoke approvals on a block explorer when something feels off. For the wider connect-and-drain pattern, see API-connecting Telegram copy-trade drains.
