When lifestyle coaches suddenly teach crypto in 14 days

Free mentorship ads with countdown seats often monetise exchange referrals — not your future edge.

Some long-running online educators quietly add a crypto track: fourteen days, a “personal mentor”, 80% practice, a closed alumni chat. One reported example sits on digital-education.ru and neighbouring brand sites run by the same sole trader who previously sold relationship and “energy” style programmes. A real business registration only proves someone can invoice — not that they can teach market risk.

Watch the incentives. Pages that admit monetisation through upsells and exchange partner programmes are telling you the quiet part: they get paid when you sign up and trade. Artificial scarcity (“seven seats left” on a free cohort) and vague “experts with five years’ experience” without named, checkable track records are standard infobusiness pressure, not a syllabus.

If a relative forwards the ad, ask three boring questions: where does the teacher’s income come from if the course is free; what happens when the market trends against the “practice” account; and why a relationship coach’s brand is suddenly a derivatives classroom. Curiosity about bitcoin is fine. Borrowing money to “keep up with the group” is not.
