How to view every transaction on a Bitcoin address

A public Bitcoin address is readable on a block explorer — no “special access” fee required.

If you need the history of a Bitcoin (BTC) address — incoming payments, outgoing spends, current balance — you use a block explorer. These sites read the public chain and present it in a searchable form. You do not need a recovery agent, a “forensic unlock”, or a stranger on Telegram who wants a deposit first.

Widely used explorers include Blockchair, Blockstream’s explorer, and similar public tools: open the site, paste the address into the search box (or replace the placeholder in a URL of the form /address/YOUR_ADDRESS). You should see confirmed transactions and amounts. Different explorers may label fields differently; the underlying ledger is the same.

What an explorer will not do is reverse a payment or name the person who controls a wallet. It shows movements, not magic. Anyone offering to “erase” or “claw back” a confirmed transfer for a fee is selling a second problem.

Be careful which link you open. Phishing pages can mimic explorer layouts and ask for a seed phrase “to load the wallet”. Real explorers never need your recovery words. Type the explorer domain yourself, or open it from a bookmark you trust.
