DAISY Global: AI crowdfunding packs without a licence

BCSC put D.AI.SY / Daisy Global on its caution list for unregistered crowdfunding packs aimed at AI forex and crypto funds.

D.AI.SY (also marketed as Daisy Global, with sites such as daisy.global and daisycrowd.com) sold a familiar bundle: decentralised “AI” trading, crowdfunding packs, passive income and a deep recruitment ladder. Public promotional trails described multi-tier entry packages, matrix-style bonuses and examples of very high daily returns — the sort of maths that only works if new money keeps arriving.

On 20 November 2023 the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) added D.AI.SY / Daisy Global to its Investment Caution List. The regulator said the project advertised crowdfunding packs that directed 50% to 100% of proceeds into funds trading forex and crypto with an AI-driven system, accepted money from British Columbia residents, and was not registered to trade or advise in securities or derivatives in that province. Alberta’s securities commission later carried a related caution listing.

Reboots are part of the pattern. Materials around the brand have shifted labels (AI crypto, forex wrappers, “2.0” promises) while recruiters keep the webinar circuit warm. When a “decentralised smart-contract” story later blames a fiat broker for frozen capital, treat that contradiction as a stop sign, not a reason to fund the next version.

Check the BCSC caution list yourself. Ask for registration proof in your jurisdiction. If the answer is a rank table and an EndoTech-style IPO legend, keep your wallet closed.
