Celestra / Neurounit: the $50 coupon that needs your top-up

A “free” ad credit that unlocks only after you or your downline fund the budget is recruitment with a chatbot sticker.

Celestra / Neurounit-style funnels sell “AI marketing” and traffic arbitrage: a robot that supposedly launches ads while you collect passive income. Promo often waves US registration vibes and a $50 / 50 GUSD signup coupon. Read the FAQ carefully. In circulated materials the coupon’s earnings become withdrawable only if you top up ad spend above about $200, or if partners across the tree top up above about $400 — otherwise the certificate expires. That is not a gift; it is a hook for self-funding and recruitment.

Public recruiter lists name rotating Telegram personalities; handles change faster than the economics. Treat “open public faces” as marketing, not diligence.

How to check: ignore the coupon until you see audited ad accounts you control, a clear company and a refund path. If income requires building a top-up tree, you are the inventory.
